Pat Aufderheide is not a lawyer. However, she is the Director of the Center for Social Media at American University, where she is also a Professor of Film and Documentary in the School of Communications.

"Tony Street" of Atlanta, Georgia, performs on the downtown streets of Atlanta, braving the cold mornings and public indifference. His daily perseverance is a lesson to us all, especially during these challenging economic times. This country needs the talents of everybody from street musicians to presidential figures to lead the way.
